What condition are Amazon returns in?
Customer returns are sold as-is and untested. Many items are new or like-new, some are open-box, and some may be used, damaged, incomplete or not working. We do not grade loads, and we do not promise a share of working items. The manifest tells you what was returned; it does not tell you the condition of each item.

Can I buy just a few pallets?
Our board lists full truckloads. Call (519) 504-6955 and ask what is possible for the load you want.
Do you publish truckload prices?
No. Prices are quoted per load, because every load is different. Ask for a price from the truckload board.
How much will I make reselling a truckload?
We do not know and will not guess. We do not track what buyers resell for, and results depend on the load, your channels and your time. Use the manifest to judge a load for yourself.
