Because of the mystery and liquidation nature:

No guarantee is made regarding:

  • resale value,

  • functionality,

  • completeness,

  • or brand selection.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.

8. Returns & Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of mystery boxes and liquidation inventory:

  • no returns,

  • no refunds,

  • no exchanges,

  • and no cancellations

are permitted once an order is placed.

Exceptions may only apply in rare cases such as:

  • incorrect item shipped,

  • or verified shipping damage (must be reported within 48 hours with proof).

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Fraudulent disputes may result in:
