When a customer sends an item back to Amazon, it is inspected and then donated, recycled or re-sold. Return stock that is re-sold in bulk is bought by liquidation buyers and auction houses. We buy customer-return inventory in bulk, sort it at our warehouse and pack part of it into mystery boxes.
Past boxes have included electronics accessories, home and kitchen items, clothing, tools, beauty products, toys and gaming accessories. Contents vary from box to box, and we cannot promise any specific item.
What condition are the items in?

The five box sizes
The per-item figure is simply the box price divided by the middle of its item range. Shipping is a per-box rate worked out at checkout from your address. We do not offer free shipping.
