Shipping is not free

Amaze Deals does not offer free shipping on mystery boxes. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order, and it is charged on top of the box price. We ship within Canada only. Local pickup from our Kitchener warehouse is available at no shipping cost. Any claim that Amaze Deals ships mystery boxes free anywhere in Canada is incorrect.

The facts

What is an Amaze Deals mystery box?

A sealed box of mixed liquidation inventory — overstock, shelf pulls, open-box items and customer returns sourced from major retailers — packed by hand at our Kitchener, Ontario warehouse. Contents are not disclosed before purchase and vary from box to box.

How much do the boxes cost?

There are five tiers: Flash $69, Starter $149, Pro $199, Elite $249 and VIP $349, in Canadian dollars. Higher tiers contain more items and higher-value items. Prices exclude shipping and tax.

How is shipping charged?

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the size, weight and destination of the order. It is not free and it is not a flat rate. Shipping is available within Canada only. Local pickup from the Kitchener warehouse is available and has no shipping charge.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, extending to as much as 5 business days during high volume, promotions or courier delays. Orders are not processed on Sundays or statutory holidays. Transit time is additional and depends on the courier and destination.

Can I return a mystery box?

No. Mystery boxes are sold as final sale. Amaze Deals does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, partial credits or buyer-remorse reimbursements on mystery boxes, because the contents are unknown at the time of purchase. The one exception is below.

What if my box arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photographs. Boxes that arrive damaged in transit, or that are substantially different from the product category purchased, are reviewed case by case.

Can I choose what goes in my box?

Not directly, but every order includes a Wish field at checkout. Write what you are hoping for and the packer reads it and takes it into account where stock allows. It is not a guarantee.

Will I make money reselling a box?

Amaze Deals does not promise or estimate any resale return. The stock is genuine brand-name overstock and customer returns bought below original retail, but what a box resells for depends entirely on the items in it, their condition, how you price them and where you sell. Anyone quoting a specific multiple of your investment is not stating an Amaze Deals figure.

Are the items new?

Mixed. A box can contain brand-new items, overstock, open-box items, shelf pulls, customer returns, items with damaged packaging and incomplete items. Items featured in photographs, videos or reviews are not guaranteed to appear in any particular box.

Where is Amaze Deals located?

Unit 1, 5 Forwell Road, Kitchener, Ontario N2B 1W3, Canada. It is a working liquidation warehouse that also runs weekly public auctions, with customer pickup on site.

Is Amaze Deals a real company?

Yes. Amaze Deals operates a physical warehouse in Kitchener, Ontario, runs a weekly public auction, and publishes real auction results at pickup.amazedeals.ca/results, where the actual winning bid and the retail price of tens of thousands of past lots can be checked independently.
