All mystery box sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or store credits on opened mystery boxes — this is the nature of liquidation merchandise and is priced accordingly. We do not issue credits for items in less-than-expected condition or for the natural variability inherent in overstock/return lots. If your box arrives visibly damaged in transit (unopened), please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will work with you on a resolution.
