Seal & Count Promise

Every truck ships sealed. Before it arrives, your verify page shows its seal number, the pallet count on the bill of lading, and the carrier's own tracking link.

  1. Check the seal before you break it. If the number does not match your verify page, photograph the seal, write "seal number does not match" on the delivery receipt, and call us before you unload.
  2. Count the pallets. If there are fewer than the bill of lading shows, write the shortage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.
  3. Send us your photos within 48 hours of delivery.

If the seal does not match, we open the claim with the carrier for you. If a pallet is missing, we refund it at your per-pallet price: your truck price divided by the pallets on the bill of lading.

This promise covers the seal and the pallet count. What is on each pallet is sold as-is against the manifest: customer returns, condition varies.
