We pack mystery boxes by hand at our warehouse in Kitchener, Ontario, from brand-name overstock and customer returns. There are five regular boxes:

- Pro $199: built for resellers, with more items
- Elite $249: an XL box with more items and higher-value picks
- VIP $349: our biggest regular box
The Amaze Exclusive ($499) is released in scheduled drops.
What we tell everyone up front:
- Contents are a surprise and vary from box to box.
- Roughly 5 to 10% of items in any box may be used, damaged or not working. We pull anything unsafe, but we don't test every item.
- Boxes are final sale. If a box arrives damaged, or most of it is unusable, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
- Shipping is not free. It is calculated at checkout, within Canada only. Pickup in Kitchener has no shipping charge.
- Every order has a Wish field at checkout, which our packer reads. We take it into account where stock allows; it isn't a guarantee.

A Calgary company that has been in business since 1983. Its mystery boxes contain new home and lifestyle products, such as kitchen and wellness items, in three sizes priced in Canadian dollars. The box listing says all sales are final, while the site's general refund policy describes a 30-day trial, so ask them which applies before you buy. The site also states a retail value for each box.
Unclaimed Baggage
An Alabama retailer that sells items from lost and unclaimed luggage. It says its boxes are not customer returns or store overstock. Its mystery boxes are mostly small themed bundles priced in US dollars. It ships to Canada, with shipping and any duties calculated at checkout, and mystery bundles are excluded from returns.
Uncle Wiener's
A retailer with stores in British Columbia and Alberta. Its boxes are sealed, sold as-is, and can contain new and used items, shelf pulls, overstock and customer returns. Pickup is at its stores. Its site doesn't state whether mystery boxes ship across Canada, so check before ordering from outside Western Canada. Boxes are final sale.
Fundelivered
A Florida company selling boxes of unclaimed mail, customer returns and overstock. It appears in Canadian search results, but its site says it ships to the USA only, so Canadians can't order it.
