of contents
“Est. retail” is an estimate of what a box’s contents are worth — the sum of current listed retail prices for the kind of items that box typically holds. It is an estimate, not a guarantee, and not a former price of these boxes: we have never sold them for more than the price shown. Contents vary from box to box.
Our mystery boxes contain a mix of retail overstock and online customer returns sourced directly from major Canadian retailers. This is not exclusively new product — it's real liquidation merchandise.
Online returns are typically 70–80% in excellent or like-new condition, but some items may have missing accessories, open packaging, minor cosmetic wear, or signs of light use. We make every effort to exclude heavily damaged or non-functional products, however we do not individually test items prior to packing.
These are customer returns and overstock, so expect roughly 5–10% of the box to be used, damaged or not working — about 1–2 items in this one. We pull anything unsafe, but we do not test every item, and that rate is exactly why the box costs a fraction of the listed retail of what is inside it.
One or two items that do not work are the expected rate above and are not replaced individually — the price already accounts for them. If most of the box is unusable — more than half, not one or two items — email support@amazedeals.ca within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and a person reviews it.
🚫 All mystery box sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges or partial credits are issued, because the contents are unknown at the time of purchase. By completing your purchase you acknowledge the mixed, returns-and-overstock nature of this product. Full policy: Mystery Box Facts.
