Our mystery boxes contain a mix of retail overstock and online customer returns sourced directly from major Canadian retailers. This is not exclusively new product — it's real liquidation merchandise.
Online returns are typically 70–80% in excellent or like-new condition, but some items may have missing accessories, open packaging, minor cosmetic wear, or signs of light use. We make every effort to exclude heavily damaged or non-functional products, however we do not individually test items prior to packing.
These are customer returns and overstock, so expect roughly 5–10% of the box to be used, damaged or not working — about 1–2 items in this one. We pull anything unsafe, but we do not test every item, and that rate is exactly why the box costs a fraction of the listed retail of what is inside it.
One or two items that do not work are the expected rate above and are not replaced individually — the price already accounts for them. If most of the box is unusable — more than half, not one or two items — email support@amazedeals.ca within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and a person reviews it.
