Truckload Manifest Report: September 2026

Edition: September 2026 Β· Published 2026-09-28 Β· Based on 19 truckload manifests, 123,037 units

What is actually inside a liquidation truckload? Every month we publish the numbers from the full item-by-item manifests of the general-merchandise truckloads we list: how many pallets and units, which categories, and how the items spread across retail price bands. No estimates and no samples: every line of every manifest is counted.

  • 36 to 40 product categories in every load; Home is the largest at 21.4% of units

Retail price bands

How units spread across listed retail price (CAD). Listed retail is the price on the manifest, not what the items resell for. Check real sold prices with our manifest appraiser and sold-price library.

Listed retail per unit Share of units
Under $10 4.7%
$10 to $25 38.4%
$25 to $50 35.2%
$50 to $100 17.0%
$100 and up 4.7%

99.9% of units had a retail price on file; bands are computed over those units.

What this means if you are buying

  • Bin stores: at about 260 units a pallet, with 43% of units listed under $25 and 35% at $25 to $50, one truckload can stock a store for weeks. Plan by units per week, not pallets.
  • Online resellers: the higher-ticket slice is small (4.7% at $100+), so sort the manifest by retail before you buy and check what those items really sell for.
  • Everyone: read the manifest first. Every truckload on our board has one, with no sign-up.

Methodology

Source: the complete manifests of the 19 general-merchandise truckloads of customer returns from a major online retailer that AmazeDeals listed in September 2026. Every manifest line is counted by quantity. Categories and sub-categories are as listed on the manifest. Retail bands use the listed unit retail converted to Canadian dollars. Items are customer returns sold as-is; the manifest does not record condition. You may quote or republish these figures with a link to this page as the source.
