Past boxes have included home and kitchen items, electronics accessories, beauty products, tools and toys. You can't choose the items, but you can choose the size and leave a wish note, and our packer reads it before packing your box. Boxes ship anywhere in Canada, or you can pick up in Kitchener until December 23.

Boxes are final sale, and roughly 5 to 10% of items in any box may be used, damaged or not working. Higher tiers contain more items and higher-value items. Boxes aren't sorted by age, so please check items before giving them to young children. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Can I ask for something specific?
You can leave a wish note of up to 80 characters, such as "loves the kitchen". Our packer reads it before packing your box, but we can't promise specific items.
When should I order a mystery box for Christmas delivery in Canada?
For Canada Post regular parcel, order by December 3 for addresses across Canada, December 9 for regional addresses and December 14 for local addresses. Expedited shipping moves those to December 7, 11 and 15. These dates allow up to five business days for December packing.
Can I pick up my mystery box in Kitchener before Christmas?
Yes. Order by December 22 and pick up at our Kitchener warehouse by December 23.
