Our mystery boxes contain a mix of retail overstock and online customer returns sourced directly from major Canadian retailers. This is not exclusively new product — it's real liquidation merchandise.
Online returns are typically 70–80% in excellent or like-new condition, but some items may have missing accessories, open packaging, minor cosmetic wear, or signs of light use. We make every effort to exclude heavily damaged or non-functional products, however we do not individually test items prior to packing.
Please expect a 10–15% variability rate — approximately 1–2 items per box may not meet your full expectations. This is the nature of liquidation and is reflected in the deep discount you receive.

We do not promise, estimate or guarantee any resale value or return. What a lot is worth to you depends on the items in it, their condition, how you price them and where you sell.
Shipping
This lot ships in an extra-large shipping box. Shipping is not free — it is calculated at checkout from the weight and destination of your order, and we ship within Canada only. Free local pickup is available from our warehouse at Unit 1, 5 Forwell Road, Kitchener, Ontario.
