We buy retail overstock and customer returns by the truckload, process every item through our own warehouse system, and list it in a weekly public auction. There is no fixed price: bidders decide what each lot is worth. That is why the same item can sell for very different amounts week to week, and why we publish what things actually sold for instead of quoting a discount we chose ourselves.

What condition are they in?
Mixed, and we say so on every lot. Stock is retail overstock, shelf pulls, open-box items and customer returns. Some are sealed and new; others have opened packaging, missing accessories or signs of handling. The lot description states what we know.
Can I collect in person?
Yes. Collection is from Unit 1, 5 Forwell Road, Kitchener, Ontario, and there is no shipping charge on pickup. Shipping is available within Canada and is calculated at checkout from weight and destination — it is not free. Full terms are on our facts page.

- Dyson's own outlet. Dyson Canada sells certified refurbished machines through the Dyson Outlet on dysoncanada.ca, at a set price.

Before you bid on a Dyson
- Read the lot description for missing parts, such as chargers, attachments or a battery.
- If a lot is a replacement battery rather than a Dyson-made one, search the Government of Canada recalls site (recalls-rappels.canada.ca) for the brand. In 2024, a third-party replacement battery sold for Dyson V6 vacuums was recalled there for a fire and burn hazard.
