One oversize box. 45–50 items. 1 Exclusive item and 8–14 Premium items in every single one. This is the only box we build around a product pulled off our own auction floor before anyone got to bid on it — and the only one where we tell you, in dollars, what “premium” means.

What is guaranteed in every box

1 Exclusive item — a named brand with a listed retail of $200 or more. Not a category, a specific boxed product. Every Exclusive clears this bar or it does not ship.
8 to 14 Premium items — recognised brands, each with a listed retail of $50 or more.
45 to 50 items in total, packed into one oversize carton until it is full.
At least $2,000 in listed retail, counted item by item from the manufacturer's or a major Canadian retailer's listed price at the time we packed it.

We put numbers on the words. Across our range an item called Premium means a recognised brand at $50+ listed retail, and an item called Exclusive means $200+. The Exclusive box is the only one that guarantees an item in that second bracket. If a word on this page does not have a number beside it, we should not be using it.

Where the Exclusive item comes from

We buy full truckloads of Amazon returns and overstock. Most of it goes to our public auction in Kitchener, where the bidders set the price. Before a load hits the floor, we pull the best pieces out and build the Exclusives around them.

Those are real units we have held, listed as examples of the standard — not a list of what is in your box. Every box contains one item of that calibre, and which one varies. We publish the current board on this page, so you can see the specific items one of which is going into your carton.

And the rest of the box?

After the Exclusive item and the 8–14 Premium items, the carton is filled out with kitchen and small appliances, tools, home and decor, tech and accessories, toys, bedding and towels, pet, garden, health and beauty — to 45–50 items in total. Condition is mixed: mostly new or as-new, some open-box, and a handful that are used, damaged or not working. See “does everything work?” below for the rate we actually see.

How many we pack

The Exclusive is available whenever it is in stock — there is no release time and nothing to wait for. We pack it in small numbers because we cannot pack more than the truckload gives us, and we would rather be out of stock for a few days than pad a box to fill an order. Getting it

Free pickup at Unit 1, 5 Forwell Road, Kitchener, Ontario. Or we ship Canada-wide — it is an oversize carton, so shipping is calculated at checkout and is not free. Boxes are packed and photographed to order and go out that week.

Straight answers

How is this different from the VIP box? VIP is 45–50 items with premium items in it. The Exclusive is 45–50 items plus a guaranteed $200+ Exclusive item on top of 8–14 Premium items. It is the biggest box we pack, and we pack fewer of them.

Is it really worth more than $499? Every box clears $2,000 in listed retail, counted item by item. Listed retail is what a retailer asks, not what an item resells for — we make no claim about resale value, and you should not buy this as an investment.

Can I choose the Exclusive item? No. If we let people pick, the best ones would be gone in a minute and every other box would be worse for it. Everyone gets one.

Is everything new, and does everything work? No, and not always. These are customer returns and overstock. Most items are new or as-new — but expect roughly 5–10% of any box, so 2 to 5 items in an Exclusive, to be used, damaged, or not working. We inspect what we pack and pull anything unsafe, but we do not test every item. That rate is exactly why a box holding $2,000 of listed retail costs $499. If one or two duds would ruin the box for you, this is not the product for you — and we would rather say that here than after you have paid.

So what if something arrives damaged? The straight answer: one or two items that do not work are the expected rate above, and we do not replace them individually. The price already accounts for them. Mystery boxes are final sale — no refunds, returns, exchanges or partial credits, because the contents are unknown when you buy.

The exception, and we mean it: if the box arrives damaged in transit, or if most of it is unusable — more than half, not one or two items — that is not a mystery box, it is a bad box, and we will make it right. Email support@amazedeals.ca within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. A real person reads it.
