Delving into Mystery Box Shipping in Canada
One of the unique aspects of purchasing a Mystery Box from AmazeDeals is the way shipping is handled. When you decide to explore the thrill of these mystery items, understanding how shipping costs are calculated is crucial.
Unlike some retailers, AmazeDeals doesn't include free shipping as part of your Mystery Box purchase. Instead, the shipping fee is determined at checkout based on the box's size, weight, and your destination within Canada. This means that for more affordable Mystery Box tiers, such as the Flash box priced at $69 CAD, the shipping cost might significantly impact the overall expense. Conversely, for higher-tier boxes like the VIP box at $349 CAD, shipping costs become a smaller proportion of the total outlay.
For those situated in and around Kitchener, Ontario, there is a cost-saving opportunity β local pickup. Opting to pick up your Mystery Box directly from AmazeDeals' Kitchener warehouse means that you save on shipping altogether.

Final Sale Terms Explained
Purchasing a Mystery Box involves some level of adventure given the variability in contents. AmazeDeals' Mystery Boxes are final sale items. This means once you complete the purchase, there is no option for refunds, returns, or exchanges. It's important to consider this before buying, as all sales are definitive to maintain the integrity and value of these mystery items.
However, should a box arrive damaged or contain contents that are substantially wrong, AmazeDeals does offer a resolution process. To initiate a review, you'll need to send photos and report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the box.
