Behind every pallet shipped from Kitchener is the warehouse team — receiving inventory, building manifests, coordinating pickups and freight.

What the Warehouse Team Does

• Receive incoming inventory from Canadian liquidation channels — Amazon Canada returns, Walmart Canada overstock, freight undelivered goods
• Sort, grade and rebuild pallets into category-focused mixes where helpful
• Photograph and manifest every pallet before it is listed for sale
• Coordinate pickup appointments with Ontario buyers — typically 30+ pickup appointments weekly
• Book freight carriers for out-of-province deliveries
• Maintain HST-compliant invoicing and inventory accounting

Operational Standards

Every pallet that ships from our Kitchener warehouse meets these standards:

• Manifested at category level minimum (SKU-level for higher-value pallets)
• Stretch-wrapped on a standard 48"×40" skid for safe transport
• Photographed for the listing page and the buyer's record
• Loaded by forklift directly into the buyer's vehicle at pickup
• Freight booked and tracked end-to-end for out-of-province orders
